happy chinese new year to all chinese in the world. may god bless u n have a wonderful happy new year. few hours ago i watched this malay story,"cinta si penggali kubur" it was so touching n made me cry.

it is about this gravedigger n a city girl. this girl was pregnant and the father of the baby left her n the baby. As it was really embarrassing, she went to live in a village. she got to know a gravedigger named DOL. She thought that after she married DOL, everyone would not find out about her baby. however, DOL's mother knew about the baby. After losing face, she became ill. DOL cared for this city girl and didn't care that she was pregnant with another man's baby.

they continued wth the wedding. this city girl treated DOl very badly. everyday she bullied him. they lived in a very small house and he couldnt affort to buy her expensive stuff. he worked very hard to buy for his wife a television set. someone else bought for his wife a new television set. she didn't even bother to use the television her husband bought for her..

after a few months, they got a baby girl.

days passed by, they were happy. infact DOL was even happier after becoming a father.

one night, the baby fell ill. the baby was hot as ever..

city girl went out to call her mom. dOL was at home taking care of the baby. DOL gave his baby girl panadol cause she was sick.

his wife came back n he told her that their baby was sick n he gave panadol.

his wife got mad n started to use vulgarities. she slapped his face n tried to pull the baby away from him.

as the corridor was very slippery, she slipped and fell with the baby.the baby died because of this. city girl decided to return home as she was devastated. her parents brought her home.

DOL begged her not to leave him . he cried the whole day cause he was all alone.

luckily MAK som n her daughter were there for him..

MAK som daughter was willing to marry him although she knew that DOL was a married man.

YEARS past by..

city girl return to the village inn searched of DOL.

she asked MAK som..MAK som replied angrily, telling her that because of her behaviour, DOL became insane..

MAK som told her that DOL could be at the graveyard.after looking for him, she finally found him. he was with MAK som daughter...

the city girl begged for forgiveness..apologizing for what she had dome to hime after all these years..

however, he did recognise the city girl..

he said his wife was already dead and that he was the one who buried his wife.
